The primary focus of Robert’s practice has been resolving disputes between individuals and corporations through negotiation or litigation. He has represented over 1,000 individuals, concerning all types of civil litigation, in all of the State Courts in the New Orleans area, including successful representation of victims of off-shore explosions against a major insurance company.
