10/13/05 - Christopher J. Bruno was retained by the family of Adel Cousins to bring an action against St. Rita's Nursing Facility in St. Bernard Parish. Ms. Cousins, a patient at St. Rita's Nursing Facility, was abandoned at the nursing home by the owners and nursing staff of St. Rita's where she died.
Christopher J. Bruno was also retained by the family of Leon Preston who was a patient at Memorial Medical Center owned by Tenet Healthcare Systems. Mr. Preston was abandoned at the hospital during the evacuation. He died at the hospital during the hurricane.
